Exchange and Return Policy

At Golden World Jewelry, we are committed to providing the highest levels of quality and service, and we ensure customer satisfaction through a clear and transparent exchange and return policy.

Warranty

• All pieces are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
• We provide free in-store maintenance for all pieces.

Return Conditions

Products may be returned under the following conditions:

• Within 24 hours of the purchase date.
• The piece must have a manufacturing defect.
• The piece must be not as described on the invoice.
• The piece must not have been altered in any way.
• Present the original invoice or an exact copy.

Note:
If payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be processed within 5 business days to the bank account.

Exchange Conditions

Products may be exchanged under the following conditions:

• Exchange period: within two days of the purchase date.
• The piece must be in its original condition as purchased.
• The piece must show no signs of use.
• The piece must not have been altered.
• Present the original invoice or an exact copy.
• The customer is responsible for shipping and packaging costs.

Cases Not Covered by Returns

• Products purchased through installment plans cannot be returned.
